(October 26, 2021, 7:24 am)Good products backed by terrible service. Sadly, the owner hasn’t a clue how to admit and rectify errors. Plus, he is incredibly focused on one thing: himself, and not his customers’ satisfaction.
I regret recommending this brand for so long.
Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I sure am.
EDIT: big improvements since I wrote this! Service is now excellent. -

(March 6, 2021, 9:48 pm)The Bottlehead team were very accommodating and friendly when I visited during an open-house, and even when I came on my own to compare different amps. Their listening room sounds so close to listening live, as only high-end vacuum tube gear can deliver. After the pandemic, I hope to visit again. :)
