If I could give a 10 star rating, it still wouldn't be enough. Pat went so far above and beyond to help out my husband and I during an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon. He came to us (even though he doesn't really do that) with tools and everything and spent the whole afternoon working on our Toyota where it was stranded. He was so kind, professional, and an absolute expert mechanic, we were just blown away at the level of service he provided to us on his own time, and then sent us happily on our way.
