Trapper's Sushi - Silverdale

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Servers are attentive. Food is always on point. And they have great specials like all you can eat lunch $20!!! Wow! Soooooo Goooooddd

My family and I ate here tonight for a celebration and had the pleasure of being hosted by Chris. It is not out of the norm to receive good service here, but the service provided tonight was an experience worth mentioning. Chris was friendly, hospitable, courteous, and even went above and beyond to address a concern that I had about a menu item (which was my misunderstand). What was incredibly impressive was that he was hosting the entire bar side of the restaurant AND bartending. Although the restaurant picked up in foot traffic, he maintained his calm and managed the flow of service with finesse and didn’t make us feel rushed or forgotten about. Chris models the skills and behaviors that are highly desired in a customer service interaction and certainly serves as a model to other team members in the restaurant. I hope this review gets shared with the full team because a lot can be learned from someone who displays the foundation of excellent customer service. I will happily return with my friends and family as a result of the service I received today.

Also, he made really great drinks!!

One hour before closing and they were shutting things down but they got us our order quickly and it was pretty delicious! First time trying the salmon roll and it was good but probably won’t order again. Server forgot to bring us our drink but we asked and it was quickly delivered to our table with an apology.
