Good communication before and during the repair. Owner did make an effort trying to reduce my repair cost, but my backyard faucet is in bad shape. Thus they replaced the faucet with a quality one. The invoice is clearly itemized and charges are priced reasonably. Very nice folks and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I want to be able to work in our garage this winter--and be comfortable. I called Great Western Plumbing. Greg and his son, Shin, were out here within a couple of days to check out our needs and provide us a quote. Greg is a really nice, friendly, respectful. funny, hard-working guy. His son is just as nice, friendly, respectful, and hard-working. Anyway, they came and installed our 1" gas line within a single day, including the excavating. They did such a great job on the excavation, you can barely tell they were even here. But this winter, my warm bones will know. :)
