Heather helped my dog go from completely paralyzed to walking again without pain within 2 months! I had almost lost hope but Heather's care turned things around for my dog fast. Ruff Day Veterinary Services is an awesome rehabilitation gym for your pet with limited or painful mobility. Our dog Chai started showing signs of hip dysplasia, he was limping even though he wasn't hurt, and he lost some of his appetite because he was in so much pain. The xrays confirmed the degradation of his hips.

We decided to give Ruff Day a shot and to our surprise, after the first session of acupuncture and cold laser, he's gone back to being his normal energetic self! We are continuing on with his therapy, for as long as it will work.

Ruff Day is owned and operated by a licenced veterinarian, who will work with your dog at a very high level of care. Staff can and will accommodate the experience to your dog to ensure maximum calm and comfortablility.

I highly recommend that if you have an aging dog in pain, or they're just in pain due to mobility issues, it might be worth their time to try out a treatment or two to see if it makes a difference for them.

Dr. Misener is the absolute best! She's so patient, kind, and goes above and beyond for my baby April. April's been having a rough, long adventure trying to recover after two separate knee surgeries on both knees as well as a tough immune system problem that has been affecting her wrists. Dr. Misener has been through every step of the way to help with April's recovery and pain management, including helping with custom wrist brace measurements, teaching exercises for her, and helping with laser therapy for her pain. April has a very expressive behavior, but Dr. Misener has been so patient with her, gaining April's trust. I am so glad to have her on our side for April's recovery and truly recommend Ruff Day. :)

After having a difficult recovery from TPLO surgery RuffDay was recommended by our regular vet to get my little dog back on her feet. Heather was so quick to get us in to be seen and she understood and worked around our limitations. My dog loved her and we saw so much progress after just one session. And we didn’t even have to leave the house. My little dog is doing so much better so unfortunately we won’t be having anymore visits. Super convenient, high quality, and so worth it.

Ruff Day Vet has been amazing for our senior dog who has a hard time leaving the house and struggles with anxiety. Dr. Heather is always very patient, takes her time, honors that we like to take a more holistic approach with our dog, allows us to ask questions, checks in on our dog after appointments, and even has sent us videos and helpful follow-up information.
