We've been customers for over two years and all of our projects have turned out great due to the great service, information, and products we've purchased. Today, we had the pleasure of working with Francine, who was simply awesome in helping us select the right color for our bathroom. We came in with an idea, but soon learned how much we would have regretted it had we simply gone cheap and bought our paint at a big box store! Can't wait to get this "COVID-19" project (#22) done and show you the results with our before and afters!

Peninsula Paint Centers are the place to go for absolutely above and beyond service. Its one thing to work in retail but man they really hit it out of the park. With the wide array of color and product knowledge you will never leave the store with a question unanswered. I will always visit one of their branches for any of my project needs!

Absolutely wonderful! I have been to a couple other local paint stores and this was by far the best. Francine went above and beyond to help me find the perfect paint color. Explaining many options in great detail. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Not pushy at all. She wanted to make sure I found the best paint color for our house. Now I won't go anywhere else and will highly recommend benjamin Moore in Gig harbor.

We're in the final stages of a remodel. I went in this morning to grab some paint color samples and was immediately overwhelmend. I was standing there (maybe looking a little confused) when one of the employees checked in with me. They were really busy, and she was in the middle of helping someone so I was quick to show her my floor sample and explain a little of what I want. She immediately showed me a color from the swatches I had already grabbed and went back to help the customer she was already with. I realized I loved the sample she had picked and needed to still think about trim and exterior colors. So I waited for her to be available again and it was SO worth the wait. She knew exactly the look I was going for, walked me through all of the options without overwhelming me and I was able to sort out exactly what I needed (and she wrote it all down for me on the samples!). Its amazing how difficult picking out the right white paint can be. At one point she was searching for the best option for the trim and couldnt find the swatch color and I literally would have trusted her sight unseen on it. (The sample strips are being effected by covid, so some were running low--but there were still tons of options out and this was not an issue at all) She ended up finding a sample of it in one of the booklets and she was right--I loved it and thats the one I went with for trim. Francine was so helpful! I am even more excited now to get the paint up on the walls and trim AND exterior because I feel 100% more confident now with her guidance.
