Old man very nice
Great experience. A wide range of well-maintained aircraft to explore. Great views of Mount Rainier, weather permitting, and you might even get to see some operational aircraft take off on the runway.
The guys in the museum were fun, highly knowledgeable, and informative.
Well worth a visit.
I loved to know the museum, types of airplanes and many histories. The man that show us the museum was very kind and nice to the kids. We have to go to another place to see the airplanes. It’s a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the fresh air! I was impressed with the two big airplanes right in the beginning of our walking.
Fantastic air museum and air park. Air park is always open to DOD ID card holders. Civilian with Washington State ID or US Passports may enter on Museum days...check Website. Great collection of artifact and the Air Park contains rare examples of Douglas air including a B-18 Bolo, B-23 and a C-124.
I visited a couple of months ago and was surprised at all that this small museum has to offer. It's like dynamite- a small package with a Big Bang. The director and volunteers have a true passion for what they do and that is evident in all they accomplish. The gift shop is also not your average shop of trinquettes. They have models, patches, and so much more at very reasonable prices- perfect for Christmas and Birthday gifts. You should also take a drive through the airplane park, it's awe inspiring being that close to these great machines and the history they took part in. Perfect for all ages. Can't recommend this museum high enough.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. It is fun paired with the Lewis ArmynMuseum for a day of family fun.
