They have always been transparent and made sure to contact me prior to repairing the identified damage/error. I definitely appreciate them putting in some over time at one point when I mentioned that I needed the vehicle to be fixed on the same day. I give the staff major kudos because there’s only two of them working and they made sure that they can accommodate all of their customers and provide them with good quality service!
