As a employee here before it’s very family oriented I’d say. Everyone talks to everyone even the owner is very hands on and helpful. As a driver dispatch is there helping us make sure we are set up to make appointment times and keep us busy. Even threw the pandemic we stayed busy with work.

As a driver of 15 years and now the owner of my own company dealing with brokers and other companies these are some of the most kind and informative people i have delt with most of the drivers i have met are good ol boys just like the rest of us they go to work work in traffic all day but some how manage to be polite and respectful at the end of the day all and all good vibes all the way around proud to be working with them

I went to interview for a Class A Driver position ( 12/11/20 )
Everyone was very friendly and informative and responded to all of my questions with very detailed answers, a quality that I respect in a prospective employer!
I think I'll probably take the job!

your idea is out of reality you can see sometimes unsafe driver but not all bartleson drivers are unsafe drivers take yourself correction bro.
they are a lot of drivers safe drivers puls I.do not think all are unsafe.
