We sold our rental home with Antonio. He was amazing. He was able to come out quickly for the initial walk-through. The market was hot so we set up an offer review date, on that date we had 4 offers to choose from. He went back to all 4 offers to negotiate the best price and was successful. He made things easy and it all went very smooth. The open house had a great turn out and the signage very visible. I would definitely sell another house with Antonio.

I am a female, single, senior citizen who was selling my home to move across the state to be closer to family. I knew I needed to find an honest and competent realtor. I have limited experience in buying/selling , so it would be necessary to depend upon a realtor who had the expertise and professionalism to represent me effectively. Antonio was perfect! Antonio knows the local housing market and could advise me as to pricing and he good handle negotiations. Not only was he an excellent realtor but his attention to detail resulted in recommendations for the needed repairs and he could maximize the appeal of the home with staging. But most of all, I knew I was represented by someone who is trustworthy. I couldn't have chosen anyone more competent than Antonio.

Most of the time buying and selling are such HAPPY times even through this really complicated process. I must say that Antonio and his team went way beyond our expectations (we did have much prior experience with the process) and with this particular selling, which included critical timing and very emotional, they couldn't have done anything better for us.
