Exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable, and clean design. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The valet was a plus. We needed to make some popcorn, and they brought a microwave to our room! That was high-class customer service. 👌🏼 Definitely recommend this place.
An amazing weekend stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and staff were exceptionally friendly. We will be staying here again. We had the King jacuzzi room and it was fantastic.
We spent one night here on our anniversary. We splurged and got the King Jacuzzi room overlooking the water. My only complaint was the price … almost $500 for one night. That’s the going rate nowadays (I priced many other rooms in town) and it’s not a knock on Silver Cloud. My complaint says more about my budget than anything.
The room was very luxurious and for the amount of money, we definitely got the value. Bathrobes were comfortable, high quality towels and plenty of them. The room appointments were first class.
The view from the tub was terrific! The jacuzzi tub was huge! And water temp was just as you’d expect.
We paid extra (when we booked) for parking, and walking to dinner and dessert was easy. It appears as though they are still doing a considerable amount of building in the area, and more businesses will show up soon.
Ruston is a cool town nowadays and I expect we’ll be back before too long.
Thank you Justine, Craig and Ryan and the many staff members that made our group stay FABULOUS! We appreciate you taking care of us from beginning to end - even the General Manager! Thank you to the porterage team - really appreciate you assisting with the luggage. The breakfast each morning was great! The views were so nice and we even got to see a good glimpse of Mt. Ranier. The complex has music , shops, dining all around. Overall a grand experience and we are ready to book for next year. Thank you again for your hospitality! Beautiful hotel and THE reason we chose to stay in Tacoma. We visited Washington for spring break and visited Seattle but opted for a little bit of drive to stay at this hotel on the water rather than stay in Seattle. We loved being on the water and loved that there were walking paths, coffee shops, dining, and shopping right there. We also loved the large family suite so we had room to relax. The suite had two king beds (one is a separate bedroom) along with a couch pull out bed. We loved the incredible view from the huge window. Although we didn’t use them, the hotel offers spa services & has a nice bar area. Instead, we enjoyed the rooftop heated pool & hot tub in the rainy, cool weather. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Valet parking is the only parking option (+$35/day) and although the valet staff were friendly & awesome, we prefer to park ourselves.
