Maple Grove Apartments

My wife and I lived in Maple Grove for the last 5 years. The area is quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. The pricing for a one bedroom is fair. The office manager Davia is very helpful and on top of things that need to be fixed. I would highly suggest this place if you're looking for a one bedroom apartment in a quiet area.

Floor plans are pretty spacious. Liked how its not too far from downtown Steilacoom for when the Farmers Market starts up again in the summer. Lots of parking available, which is important when guests are over. Nice tranquil place in good area.

I am in need of someplace close to school (Pierce College). I don't have my car anymore, so I'm having to rely on public transportation to get around. I found this place through my "exploration" of Steilacoom. Nice community that is conveniently located 10 minutes from school. Albertson's is just a bus ride away. Great location!

Beautiful community! The apartments are big and so are the closets. I think they all have balconies as well which will be so nice in the summer. The manager is really helpful as well which is always a good quality!
