(February 1, 2022, 1:23 am)I hired them to dye few relatively large bleach stains in our bedroom carpet. The whole job, from the initial email to get a quote till finishing the work, all was done flawlessly!
Communication over emails was efficient and easy, with prompts replies. The estimated cost I got over email was accurate. On the work day, they came on time, with a curtesy call an hour before they arrived. When the technician saw the bleach stains he was clear about the process and the expected outcome, and the results were even better than what I expected. I'd definitely hire them again (hopefully not for bleach stains though! but maybe for carpet cleaning).
