  I just recently moved here and it is quiet and kid friendly. The apartment manager Felicia is friendly and very interactive with the residents and their children. She set up a free lunch program for the kids and is going to do movie nights. If she is not in her office You can always find her on property doing something to make the property look better and she even fixed my drain in my bathroom. She goes above and beyond for you and that's important in an apartment community.

  I gave a 4 star rating because in all honestly these apartments need to be updated badly! The main reason for the higher rating is because of our new manager Felicia. We have had a change of managment about 4 times since I have lived here and she is by far the best one! She went to work as soon as she was appointed. When crews came to power wash the buildings, she took over while they were off duty. She's been trying to find things for the kids to do like movie night in the basketball court, having food connection come to provide lunch/snacks for the kids and left a note on everyones door to welcome suggestions as well. She is just simply awesome! When it comes to repairs or replacements, ALL of our previous maintenance and managers said that the owners wouldnt do anything about it and basically told us were going to have to deal with it....not Felicia! She's gotten new refrigerators, dishwashers and is currently working on new windows for the whole complex. She told me to write a list of EVERYTHING I want/need done and it will get done. I am so glad we finally have someone who actually cares about not only our living situation but the people who live here. Thanks Felicia and keep up the good work hun!!!
