(October 21, 2022, 7:45 pm)I didn't purchase a stove/FP from Wallace, but used them for service on my gas fireplace. The tech (Kevin) did a great job, and had it up and running in about an hour...after another larger fireplace dealer told me they were unable to fix it and I would need an installer to re-do my venting.
I'll definitely be using them in the future. Thank-you Wallace Stoves!! -
