(June 22, 2021, 5:25 pm)Pleasantly surprised!! Our experience at the Dept of Licensing in Parkland was outstanding. Due to Covid concerns we had to make an appointment, but that was a blessing since there was almost no wait and the facility was nearly empty. The service was efficient and courteous. The overall experience was excellent for a State Licensing Department. Would definitely recommend coming here for your licensing needs and do it while they still use appointments.
