Dean came to my shop in Tukwila and picked up my bad radiator, gave me an awesome quote the next morning. Dusty called with the quote that was half of what a new radiator cost and he told me that it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday afternoon they called and said it was done. Dean dropped the radiator back at my shop on Thursday morning with a smile on his face. You can clearly tell that he is proud of his sons company. I have known Aaron for many years and I have not had any bad experiences with his work or products. It is a family ran business just like mine and I will always send my work to them.
I had the best experience with 112th street radiator. I dropped off my heater core for cleaning and check up and had a long pleasant conversation with the owner. I received a call a few days later and was told the heater core had been cleaned and was not leaking. I stopped in to pick up the part and was greeted by a extremely friendly and cordial young lady. After another lengthy and very pleasant exchange I paid my bill and our business was finalized with a handshake. I am overly satisfied with my dealings with 112th street radiator. I will recommend them to anyone I can. I will also use them for all needs they provide for my vehicles. I cannot over emphasize how positive my experience was. Thank you both for your services.
The radiator on my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with 118k on it started leaking. To begin with, the price to replace it was far better than anywhere else, by about half. The owner was very friendly and personable. He was very well acquainted with the type of radiator I had and gave me a lot of good information on it. He was very friendly, personable, and eager to gain my business l. They even did a little extra work, moving the transmission cooler further away from the radiator to allow better airflow, and didn't charge me extra for the time. Parts may have been negliable but the time is where he could have charged more, and didn't. I have to say this was one of my favorite experiences with auto repair, and they know their business well. I appreciate his eagerness to do a perfect job for me, like I said, going the extra mile without charging me. I highly recommend this place, rather than the bigger businesses, due to better pricing and high quality parts and work. Also, I forgot to mention, I was able to drop my truck off in the morning, because they had the parts on hand, and it was done that day. He was adamant it would be done that day. Very fast, quality work, at a superior price.
