  John did wonderful “Rough in”and “Set In “ project for new bathroom in my house .. He was very respectful to every items in my house, always on time , superb job ethic and skills , not to mention his kind and friendly approach to me and my two dogs. I am very fortunate to fined my forever plumber!! Thank you!!

  A very pleasurable experience dealing with Mike @ Bob Larson plumbing. Mike was on time ,communicative , and patient every step of the way during the replacement/installation of the new tankless water heater today. After learning that tankless water heater replacement is a very expensive ordeal. Mike was able to get right to work on the same day he showed up for the estimate. All questions were asked and answered and very clearly leaving no room for miscommunication understanding. I would use this company in the future. Thanks Mike.

  I just wanted to share that I ran into Cory Brown at the gas station in Rochester while he was pumping gas. He struck up a conversation and turned my whole morning around. He was kind and sweet and said good morning and wished me an amazing Christmas at the end of our conversation. Cory went above and beyond to make someones day special. He also showed me his super cute co-pilot buddy ( picture attached). Cory is the oppitomy of what great customer service looks like. Your business is lucky to have a plumber like him on your crew. Becuase of Cory I will be recommending your business to friends and family in the area and if I ever need any plumbing done I will be sure to request Cory. Thank you for brightening my day.   Michael from Bob Larson Plumbing is the best! He was very professional, polite, and very knowledgeable and considerate. We had him do a complete plumbing replacement of our old Quest plumbing through out the house and we are extremely happy with his work. We can now feel relaxed and content knowing we will not have broken water line in the future. It is such a great feeling. Thank you Michael for doing such an awesome job. We would definitely recommend Bob Larson Plumbing.

  I just had a tankless water heater installed. I’m loving the hot water, the extra pipe sticking out of my garage roof not so much.
  Just had my pipe leak fixed by Chloe. Awesome job, professional and explained the process well. She also removed the pipe from the ceiling to roof and capped it.
