Hi-Tech CARSTAR 6th Avenue

Had some damage on my truck. Dent and paint work needed. They fixed it and looks great again. No issues with the work. Very friendly people, easy to talk to, and made sure I was happy with their work. I'll use them again, if needed. I hope I don't need to 😁.

I would highly recommend this shop for body and paint. They did our job promptly although there were a couple small issues along the way. Their professional response was a breath of fresh air. They took care of us and we are very happy with the end result.

Absolutely LOVE the job that Hi-Tech Carstar on 6th did on my car. Great job! They even went the extra mile and popped out a dent for me which had happened from a hit and run on I-5, free of charge. Honestly, I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the time it took to complete. They had my car for OVER a month. One delay after the other for various reasons, mainly waiting on Geico, the insurance company of the guy that hit me, and parts. Customer service was always amazing. They forgot to put a light bulb in my tail light and actually took the time to come to the house, pick up my car, drive it back to the shop and replace the bulb. Then drove it back to the house for me within an hour! That is amazing. They care about the quality of their finished work...that personal care means a lot to ME! All in all, I am very pleased with the job that they did on my car. I would highly recomend them and would use them again in the future. They will be my go-to body shop for life.
