  Coach Rodrigo is one of the best coach I ever had. He is very caring and at the same time firm with his classes. Time flies by during his sessions, he makes them fun and challenging

  I honestly would 100% recommend!!!
  
  I saw one of my friends who posted about it on Instagram and her experience, so I gave it a try. The fact that personal trainer is included it definitely makes it that much better, I am more confident in what I'm doing while exercising, being shown how to use equipment properly and to do the exercises that I need to focus to what works for me/my body type. The overall positively at the gym is a game changer for me, I never thought I'd find myself wanting to come to the gym 3-4 times a week and having the best energy every time 💪🏋‍♀️

  I used to attend this gym & I will be back. Honestly I absolutely loved it, coach Rod always pushed me and other members of this gym to do better & the support he shows the members is amazing ! If you are looking for a gym this is the one, you won't regret it once you start seeing your results totally recommend.

  I've been going to The Shop for about a month. First let me say, I saw the results from a friend that has been going much longer. She looks FABULOUS...she told me about this place last year; but being the "procrastinator" that I am, I kept blowing her off. What a mistake, but I'm correcting it now. I have MORE ENERGY and FLEXIBILITY. The atmosphere is welcoming, positive and family friendly. Rod is professional, knowledgeable and an "all around guru" about health/fitness. My son is visiting from college, where he plays football and Rod has even given him "tips/tricks/golden nuggets" on how to improve his workout!

  I’ve been going to The Shop for a year and I can honestly say The Shop is my second home. I came to The Shop with certain fitness goals in mind and related that to Coach Rod and he has created and structured each training session to target my goals and as a result I have hit and exceeded every goal that I had. Not only does the training give fast results but the atmosphere does not feel like a gym but more like getting together with family 3 days a week. I’ve made some of the best friends that I now consider family at The Shop. I would highly recommend the shop to all who want a place that’s family oriented and goal driven. The Shop offers so much more than just fitness but we also have Latin/hip hop classes as well as child/adult soccer. And on occasion we like to do team outings to bond and hangout. Overall i highly recommend The Shop to everyone Coach Rod is the best trainer around and I’m not just saying that the proof is in the results, The proof is his personality. I highly recommend The Shop. #VitalityFit #TheShop 🖤🧡
