Elizabeth is absolutely fantastic! You can tell she truly cares about you and wants you to succeed. She is great at listening to you and then helping extrapolate and make sense of specific goals or blocks you want to work through.
I’ve seen a lot of progress and shifts in my life since beginning work her. I would definitely suggest going to Elizabeth for ETF or any other of her services!
I have been working with Liz through EFT coaching for the past several months during a particularly challenging time in my life. I had such an amazing experience with Elizabeth. When I arrived she (and her adorable cats) made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I briefly heard about reiki energy healing and thought I would give it a shot as I was going through a lot of emotions. Before we started she explained everything she does and what to expect. During the session, I felt so relaxed and at peace. My mind is constantly racing and this was the first time in a long time that it was relaxed and unable to think about anything that makes me anxious.
