  My husband and I wanted a weekend to unplug and this was the perfect place to do that. The gentle sound of the river lulled us to sleep in the comfortable king bed of the river view suite. The delicious breakfast filled our bellies and our souls. I was able to achieve near comatose levels of relaxation. The hosts are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Thanks for the great stay!

  This is the most beautiful Bed and Breakfast I have ever seen: an architectural wonder, with significant attention to detail. Mike and Diana are extremely kind, warm, friendly, and make every effort to create a haven where you can truly rest. This is the place I recommend going to get away from it all. I think it is a wonderful site for quiet refuge, a retreat, or any other small gathering. There are so many elements that encourage relaxation and mindfulness: the river stream, the beautiful view of the stars at night, the chickens and roosters, the sweet dogs, and nature as a backdrop (I even saw an eagle flying by!). The food that was prepared for my breakfast was exceptional, and I enjoyed having conversations with Mike and Diana when desired, or relaxing on my own. It is a drive off of the beaten path, so those who come up here should plan ahead and drive carefully (the roads are well paved). Its worth the drive, and I was not prepared to leave! I felt very welcomed and at home. Sometimes it can be scary to explore an area you are unfamiliar with... so if you have any questions, just reach out them. I'm glad I took a chance on visiting an area that I knew little about.. it was a wonderful experience.

  We were there for three nights and felt like we were in paradise. The house is incredibly beautiful, the room was large and very clean. We were able to use the kitchen which had everything we needed. The cool stream down by the house invites you to linger and who likes it warmer can use the hot tube. The best part of the stay is definitely the breakfast prepared by Mike and Diana. They cater to all needs and conjure up a delicious meal on the table. The pleasant conversations and the two great dogs rounded off the perfect stay.

  Fantastic place to rest, enjoy the sounds of the river outside your window, enjoy delicious breakfasts, or take off for day trips to many sites along the Columbia River. Loved having all the chickens around! Mike and Diana are gracious and helpful hosts. A great place to "just get away".

  We couldn't have been happier with our stay, or our hosts. We highly recommend this beautiful b&b for anyone looking for a enchanting and relaxing stay away from the noise of the city. Close enough to the Gorge and several quaint small towns to offer many exploration options, but off the beaten path just enough to provide serenity and solitude. Do yourself a favor and stay for a night or two. Well worth the money and everything we were looking for. The farm fresh eggs were awesome and the french toast...amazing! Wifi is available and there is a tv in the living room. Lots of books and board games... Not to mention the hot tub which was perfect. We will visit again soon. Thank you Mike and Diana, you are awesome!
