  I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman for a while now, but in the last year I have developed a number of health issues that needed to be addressed to prevent my health from getting worse. Dr Freeman recommended that I work with a nutritionist that has joined her team and I agreed. I met with Cheryl and she worked out a plan based on my needs and I have to tell you I followed her plan and I have never felt so good before, I have energy, I am sleeping better and I have finally began to lose weight. Cheryl is very knowledgeable in her field of nutrition and she really cared about how I felt. If you are having health issues and have tried many things to change, I personally recommend making an appointment with Cheryl you will not regret it and you will love the way you feel. Thanks to Dr. Freeman for recommending Cheryl and I can’t thank Cheryl enough for getting me on a clean eating and healthy track.

  Dr Freeman's care is personalized, and she spends time with me. She has the marks of the best doctors: curiosity, personal concern, and teaching ability.
  
  And the Gym! Join this gym-- it is small, personalized as well. I have seen Koreen since 2021; she has helped me gain confidence and more ease with myself. My strength and flexibility increased. She, like Dr Freeman, teaches and explains so well. I'm appreciative of all this special care.

  I’m a new patient to Dr. Freeman and to the nutritionist in her office, Cheri. They are such a dynamic duo and I’m so glad to have them both in my corner. Both seemed to genuinely want to help me achieve my goals and both listened intently and made me feel heard. I look forward to continue working with them!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman since August, 2019. The addition of Clinical Nutritionist, Cheri Soraparu, to the clinic's staff has many benefits for patients. I have been working with Cheri for almost four months. During that time I have learned a lot about nutrition and made several changes related to which foods I choose to eat in order to have a healthier body and mind. Cheri is knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and encouraging. Early on she told me to "let go of what is no longer needed." This approach has helped me immensely, whether it's food, habits, or attitudes about health and wellness. Cheri uses a collaborative approach that encourages interaction and accountability through text messages, email, photos, and follow up sessions, virtually or in person. She listens to my concerns, challenges, and successes and makes me feel that any improvements I make, no matter how small, are definitely worth it. With Dr. Freeman's expert health care, Koreen's expertise in the gym, and Cheri's nutritional guidance I definitely have an excellent team on my side.

  Dr Freeman is an example of what a Doctor should be. She spends time, listens and gets the whole picture. Both my wife and I see her. We both have a few "issues". She has really made a difference. I am so grateful that I have her as my doctor.
