Brier Pizza Kitchen

When the pizza was brought to the table, I leaned my face towards said pizza and inhaled the delightful pizza-y aromas. Twice. I encourage you to do the same. I was told that they make their pizza dough fresh every day. It shows. This is my new favorite place. Go experience this place for yourself.

Update: I took a co-worker to lunch here to give them another shot. It was a much better experience.

Service was fine, instead of it being understaffed it was a more casual vibe. Slow, but not unreasonable.

Food was pretty good and the serving sizes are good. We had no issues, it was a solid 4-star experience. Prices are comparable to similar quality restaurants.

I didn't take them up on the gift voucher because I didn't want to be treated special.

Verdict: Seems like a good place to go if you want a more casual dining experience.

Place was at about 1/3 capacity. Seemed understaffed as I believe there was only 1 waitress.

This place was excellent. Out of the way location. Quaint. We didn't have pizza,we had the pasta dishes. Big portions we ordered two appetizers. That was way too much. Can't wait to go back and try other things. Oh great outdoor seating. Check it out.

I get their food often and have never had a bad experience. I do order my pizzas “crispy” because they use sooooo much of each topping sometimes it doesn’t cook as well as I prefer. The desserts are to DIE for and they pride themselves on using the freshest ingredients available. They make several of the sauces, desserts and even the pizza dough in-house. They have really cool pizza combinations like the Greek Sailor, Ciao Italia and Spicy Brier - all delicious. My favorite pasta is the fettuccine carbonara with chicken and my favorite salad is the Gyro salad.

Delectable, can't wait to return! Antipasto salad with combo dressings was every bit the star of the show 👌. I can't wait to stop on a night when I want a take out treat. Fresh, well-plated, enough to share. Got a small, could have made a meal of it. Ordered Alaskan cod and chips, able to take home, salad was so incredible.

Cajun fettuccine was perfectly cooked, warm spices find their way to your palette as you savor bites.

Small child's pepperoni pizza and build your own adult size rounded out all the dinners.
