  Coming to chip was the best decision I ever made. Aside from helping me fix my car he made sure me and my partner understood what exactly he was doing and what was happening to the car. We had also gone through a financial hardship while the car was in shop but chip and his son still worked with us to get things done. I am nothing more than grateful for these gentlemen.

  It's one thing to bring your car to a shop an leave with fresh advice, knowledge, an the tips and tricks -after paying for a service!.. It's another entirely to call and have endless questions (but the inability to bring the vehicle in) AND STILL BE GIVEN ADVICE WORTH WRITING ON A PAD OF PAPER! Stuff u wana remember. No BS just the straight fwd truth. Im thankful to Dugan's automotive for being kind an so smart. For helping even before i got the chance to be a paying customer! Little moments of patience are what will change the world; an the man on the phone made it seem effortless! I 1000% will work with them in the future! Thank you again for the inspection advice!

  Chip is straight forward and will educate you about your auto.
  He makes you feel you have an auto advocate so your not just hanging out there wondering who will get you back on the road!

  Had a great experience at Dugan's. Needed last minute maintenance on my vehicle before a road trip, and Chip, the owner, fit me into his busy schedule and treated me like family. Extremely fair rates, good work, personable customer service and honest communication.

  Absolutely Amazing Service! 5 out of 5 stars for sure! Choose them for your needs! I cannot say enough about Dugan's Automotive. These people REALLY DO CARE about you and your vehicle's situation. Family owned and operated. These are good people!
  
  My husband gave me the number to Dugan's Automotive to call regarding our vehicle's sudden failure. I was sort of a wreck and needed quick help. From the conversation that Chip and I first had on the phone and by the questions he asked me and the answers he had to mine, I could tell that I was going to be in good hands with a mechanic who was knowledgeable and compassionate of my situation. I was not wrong.
  Chip and his son deserve high praise, they really came through for us. These guys know their stuff. Chip takes the time to listen to your concerns and is patient when explaining things to somebody like me whom knows little about vehicle repairs.
  
  If you are looking for an automotive shop whom goes above and beyond, look no further! You will not go wrong with Dugan's Automotive. Straightforward and honest. I won't go anywhere else!
  
  Location is easily found on Manor way just off highway 99. Follow the driveway down to the shop and enter the cozy office! They will take good care of you!
