Ideal Weight Loss Clinic

I came to Ideal Protein about 3 months ago and have lost 20 lbs. and even better, 30 inches!!! This is a huge win for me since I literally tried every diet, food plan, fad, etc... Nothing worked for me. This is the real deal and the food items are not bad at all compared to other foods I have tried. If you are truly committed and work the plan and LISTEN to them, then you can't lose! Stephanie in particular is fabulous... she is so supportive and always celebrates wins and at times losses (when you don't listen Ha!!) I highly recommend this place (Everett location near Costco)...

Walking into the Everett office was the best decision this 57 yr old grandma ever made.For I was pushing 240 and so unhappy my knees hurt no energy.But I have now lost 70 lbs with the help of Stephanie all her knowledge and support I have kept it off for over 6 months. The food is good love all the recipes I still go weekly for accountability and some of my favorites. Go see Stephanie

This program is AWESOME 😀 I lost 102 lbs. unfortunately had some personal things happen along with the Holidays this past year and gained 60lbs back. (Amazing how fast it goes back ON☹️) I went back on program last week. And, I know I will take it off. And this time I will be keeping it off😊

I have to say that dieting is a challenge and difficult to manage as we all know. What I found here is a fantastic, real, caring and understanding Coach that truly doesn't judge the up and downs during the process. Stephanie is a true inspiration and has become a good friend. It really make it worth staying in there. I love her and you will too!! 👍🙂
