Nicest apartments in lake stevens, bar none. Excellent maintenance personnel and management. Beautiful interiors. Perfect location to everything. Glad I'm here.

Never wrote a review before but I’ve lived here for 2 years now and am re-leasing. The management has been incredibly helpful. They’ve gone out of their way to help me and maintenance is always nice and they’re great with response time

Came in to move into my first apartment and the staff made the whole experience easy and gave me confidence in renting my first home. Thank you Dani for all your help in being so great! Can't wait for the pool to open!

Great quiet and friendly community! Always peaceful and plenty of privacy. We also have a beautiful view! It’s off the main road which provides a lot of noise canceling which we appreciate. The hub lockers for packages is extremely helpful too. A short walking path to your local stores.

Park on 20th is an amazing place to live in Lake Stevens. Dani made the move in process a breeze and was amazing with all my questions post move in. I ran into a problem getting into a storage area for an internet install, Brittany got me a key so I could get set up right away. The complex has a lot of places to walk my dog and is extremely pet friendly for anyone looking for a new home with animals.
