Holly was very prompt when I requested online to speak to an agent! I think my phone rang in less than 5 minutes. After we discussed a few properties and she had a feel for what I was looking for, she made sure I got pre-approved for a loan first. Holly asked me to make a list of my preferences and most important features of a new home.. From then on I received emails every day with several listings to consider. I was really picky though! And she said her goal was still to find that perfect home for me! She did that after a month of diligent searching. It was the perfect place! But then the work really started! It was not close by and required several road trips to the property! The offer, counter offer, the inspections and documents, appraisal had my head spinning. But she was confident always, and kept me informed and on track. Holly told me each step what to expect. She walked me through it or I would have been lost! And in spite of some unexpected difficulties as we neared closing, she handled everything and everyone expertly so I didn't have to worry.
