Not only is Mel an absolute lovely individual, she’s an amazing professional. She understands the toll sitting at a desk all day and workouts takes on my body, and she focuses on getting me ready for another round. She also talks me through modifications, things to work on in order to prevent injury, or strengthen weaker areas.

Mel is an absolutely top notch Massage Therapist. I have seen such a dramatic change in my body over the past 2 years that I've been coming to her. She takes the time to listen to my needs each time I come in, remembers what we worked on the last time, asks how I felt after and is genuinely concerned about my overall improvement over time.
