I was driving around doing a couple of errands. Afterwards I went to Wendy's and got some food and when I went to restart my car she sounded a little off. Once I started driving she got a little shaky and did not want to go! This is highly unusual for a Dodge Avenger! So I drove around the corner to AutoZone and they used their computer and detected that one of the spark plugs was not firing. So instead of just selling me one spark plug they explained that the others will follow and that I should replace them all at once, which I did and my son replace them all. After that, she just wanted to go go go like before! I am now so happy! I just love the people that work there, how understanding they are and patient! I have lived in my home for 31 years and regardless of the other Auto Parts places this is the only one that I have ever used! They are simply the best at everything- I always make all of their recommendations and I have never had a single regret! I don't know why anyone would want to go anywhere else.

Muhammed was patient, kind and flexible. Bought a 2010 Toyota Camry and got a fair deal on it. The car runs excellent and I couldn't be happier. They change/fill the oil before they put cars on the lot and mine also had a new battery in it. He worked with us on the price and the whole experience was great.
