The owners seriously are the best! I had a really tough situation and need a phone ASAP, they stayed open after hours to help me sort through all the BS, went above and beyond to help me, I almost couldn't get a phone due to mix up and they still were doing everything they could to help me! I've never had customer service like this, they treated me with the utmost respect and I will never go to another phone service or metro store! Sam and his wife are the best! With out a doubt thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

I love this metro location it is where I opened my account in may and ANA G. HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE FRIENDLIEST, AND HELPFUL METRO REP. SHE HAS SUCH A GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE THANK YOU SU MUCH ANA SINCE MAY I HAVE GONE THRU 3 PHONES, FORGOTTEN PINS, LOST SIMS, AND NUMEROUS OTHER THINGS AND YOU HAVE ALWAYS USED UR EXPERTICE TO HELP ME RESOLVE MY FONE ISSUSS IN A FRIENDLY YET QUICK WAY. THAT I DONT BELIEVE HOW FAST YOU WORK WHILE MULTITASKING AND TALKIN TO ME .
