We have family that owns a place here. It's quiet and relaxing.

I have lived here for roughly 5 years. Overall its really good. I almost gave it a 3 because of the rules and the way some rangers act like big government authority almost and they will make you get a permit, then 6 months later tell you that you can't do something that you already got a permit for, which infuriates me like crazy. They need some more common sense instead of acting like the members are criminals at times. That being said its not a bad cost to live here, there are plenty of people that work here that are very kind, and having access to the lake and things like that are great. I could write a novel, but will leave it at that for now. My only advice to the staff is BE KIND, this isn't the united states corporation military, this is our home show some respect. Having said that, I overall recommend it. You guys train your staff better and use some more commons sense and work together more, I would give this a 5. Just be consistent please. Thanks!

I live out here year round. There are lots of things to do if you want. They have dances, dinners, karaoke, sportsfield, pools various clubs, parks and a lake for fishing. We have our own post office, laundry mat and store and many other activities.

Awesome place to live if you don't mind living in a trailer and have enough money to get 2 different properties which is required to live there all year round because of the drainage and septic system are designed to only be used for 6 months out of tye year other than that they have 2 swimming pools a fitness center and family center along with a little grocery store as well as a restaurant with adult center club 50 and last but not least they also have a church. They have RV dump on site WiFi power, water to all lots and the dues arent that bad
