Aaron and Gavin came out to troubleshoot an issue with the water heater I purchased and had installed by Steve’s Plumbing a little over a year ago. They ran the diagnostics and found no issue with the water heater itself. After checking other things, they determined the issue is probably with the electrical outlet the water heater is powered from. They did however get the water heater working again and advised me to check with an electrician to deal with the issue with the power source. They were prompt, consulted with their colleagues to come up with this diagnosis of the problem. They wore facial masks and practiced social distancing. They were very personable and helped me out on a Saturday. Thanks Aaron and Gavin.

We have an older house and we have utilized Steve's Plumbing for a variety of services over the past 6 years. Each time they have been prompt, courteous and they have always fixed the problem the first time. I knew they were the right company for me after another major plumbing company gave us a ridiculous estimate for an emergency job. Rather than taking advantage of our desperation, Steve's Plumbing came out right away and charged us a very fair, competitive price.
