  While smoking a brisket, the auger went out on my pellet smoker. I called Monroe fireplace at exactly 5:30 not knowing that is when they closed. In a frantic panic, I messaged their Facebook, heart pounding informing them of my situation, I recieved a response at 5:41 with a personal number. Let me tell you...this man is a dang hero, stayed 20 minutes later to make sure I can finish my smoke. I rushed down there, and he had the assembly at the desk waiting for me, like an absolute super hero. My hat is off to you good sir.

  Called for service and repair as a new customer. They were out the next day. Drew did a great job. Much appreciation! Will happily use again.

  Monroe Fireplace did a great job fixing a wood stove issue I was not willing to tackle. I called them on Thursday and scheduled for the following Tuesday which is incredible as it is October. There Service Rate was VERY reasonable, Tyler and his partner were on time and knowledgeable. This will be my first call when I replace my stove someday. Well Done!

  After getting a couple of bids, we decided to go with Monroe Fireplace for our new gas insert. Damon came out for a home visit and helped us select the right unit for our space. I appreciate that they sell only the highest quality products. We had a fairly difficult installation because if our retro 60's stone faced fireplace, but he assured me that they had the skill to "make it look right". Other competitors said "no way, it will look terrible."
  Today the team showed up for the install. They were polite, took care to cover our new flooring, and worked quickly to install our fireplace in just a few hours. Joe did a fantastic job doing some custom trim work to make it fit nicely. We are super happy with our new Lopi and feel like we made the right decision! Thanks Damon and crew!
