The staff at Dr Kim's office were very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Very gentle with cleaning my teeth. He was able to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. This experience at Dr Kim's office was the best dental experience I had had in years.
All of the staff are super friendly and make sure to walk through each of the processes they will be doing that day and even provide estimates for work that needs done at a later date.
I just had a crown procedure, and as unpleasant as the idea is, I could not be happier with the care I received. My comfort seemed to be priority #1, and at all times I felt supported and listened to. I cannot say enough about what a kind and caring staff they have!
