Very good people working here. Old school, honest mechanics. I have an old 18 year old car and wasn't really sure what to check, so him thoroughly checking fluids and checking cracks and fluids then explaining it to me patiently and not just charging me for random stuff was definitely appreciated. As someone new to the area, I'm definitely keeping this place in mind next time I have car issues. Thank you.
I was staying at my dad's house in Mountlake Terrace about 50 miles from home (as he was dying, he has since passed) and got a flat. Some nice guys stopped to help me with the flat but ended up breaking my lug bolt, so I started calling around to get quotes. First quote was $130 but they couldn't get me in for weeks, second quote was $125, but couldn't get me in til the next week and it would be a drop off. I didn't have anyone to drop me off as I don't know anyone at my dad's, so I called Legend and talked to Doug. I explained my situation, and he quoted me $100, said he would order the part and when it got there I could come down and they would do it while I waited. That's exactly what happened and when they got finished it was less than $75. To say the least, I was elated. I would recommend Legend Automotive to anyone!
