Very responsive and quick to the job. We've had the pleasure of working with two different technicians for our properties so far and both have been exceptional and very personable! I hope we have to use the company less and less for the sake of knowing they've gotten rid of all of the pests, but each time is a pleasure due to the well-rounded employees they have.

Professional and friendly service. Technician is very thorough and explained treatment and plan for future pest and rodent removal. Technician is knowledgeable and explained preventative measures we could employ to prevent further activity. We are well pleased with the service and value.

Angel was the technician that came out and he was very knowledgable about rodents and general crawl space constructions. He was honest and didn't try to make money from the customer which we greatly appreciated. We had an inspection done prior to Angel from Terminex and they wanted to replace our whole insulation which has nothing to do with rodents. thank you Angel for the honest feedback and we know your honest service will bring you many great businesses in the future.
