I’ve purchased multiple different skincare devices and rolling carts and always had a pleasant experience. They have great customer service and prices too! All the workers are extremely helpful, especially Ricky. I even brought my facial steam machine in to be looked at and they fixed it extremely fast. I would highly recommend them and I will be looking at their products whenever I want something new or replaced.

I purchased 2 spa chairs from LCL. I love them and so do the clients. They are so comfortable! One chair had a small part on it break after a month or so. I called LCL and was expecting to have to fight them over it. They asked me to send them a photo of the problem part of the chair. I did. Next thing I know, I got a text saying the part was on the way!! Such customer service is rare these day! Guess where I am buying more equipment from...LCL!
