In a single day, Wade and his assistant Joseph fully redesigned, upgraded and replumbed our hydronic heating system and installed a high efficiency combi boiler.

We could not be happier with the performance of the new system and the quality of the installation. Most of all, how we will never forget how hard and steadfast Wade and Joseph worked to get ensure we did not have to endure another night without heat and hot water.

All of you went above and beyond for my family, and I am a very tough grader when it comes to rating performance.

I called several companies, but you came to our rescue while others just but us on a callback list. Kelly moved mountains to get Wade to my house with 2 hours. Wade quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly laid out my options and fully addressed all my questions and concerns.
Even before the failure our system never worked properly. Wade told me he would be able to restore my entire hydronic system to the condition it was designed for on day 1. He had the knowledge, skills and expertise to actually deliver on his promise.
He and Joseph worked tirelessly for 12 hours straight to fully redesign, replumb and install our new combi boiler (see before and after).
And, last but not least, Samara helped me numerous times and checked in with me to ensure the job was going well.

He was able to figure out a very head- scratching puzzle and we were so happy to have our water restored! He also went the extra mile to get our radiant heating system running so that we wouldn't be without heat even though it was outside his area of expertise. (He also seemed like a great guy.) Hired Gene Johnson to perform a trenchless waterline replacement between the street and our house. They have a crew that exclusively does waterline replacements so I trusted them over other plumbing generalists for this critical job. Tyler came out for a next day assessment and got us scheduled 10 days later.
The 2 days of work went very smooth and the crew of plumbers and and equipment operators were professional and friendly. Communication was great during the process. I got texts with expected arrival time each day and plenty of progress updates throughout the project. We got bids from 2 other companies and these guys were competitive on price and had the best customer service so it was an easy choice.

My hot water tank leaked yesterday morning. I was able to contact Gene Johnson Heating and Plumbing and had a technician at my door within 2 hours. The receptionist was clear on the time frame and I received a text message shortly on who was going to show up at my door, including the technician’s picture so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Miguel showed up on time as promised. He is super friendly and took the time to explain our options so we were informed before making decision. Miguel did an excellent job and made sure everything worked before he left, gave us tips on maintaining the tank so it lasts longer and we got with hot water back on the same day that we lost it, amazing!
