Studio Lux Pilates & Healing Arts

I have done pilates in the past and came to this studio about a year ago. I really love the smaller duet/trio/private classes they offer here. Rachael is great at teaching you the fundamentals and making the class fun. I started with her after my first hip surgery and she helped me get ready for my second. I recovered much faster with her help and am now about 3 months post surgery and feeling great. I would highly recommend giving this studio a try.

I’ve been a Pilates client for 6 years, I’ve had 2 classical Pilates instructors. Rachael has been my instructor for the last year and a half. She was able to evaluate me immediately and continue with instructing me to do more advanced moves. She is a very good certified Pilates instructor.
