(December 27, 2018, 10:19 am)This is the coolest oldest cemetery that overlooks mukilteo beach. Huge hundred year old trees shade the historic cemetery and while reading the old tombstones don't forget to look up and see the breathtaking view across the pudgetbsound.

(July 8, 2018, 5:22 am)"At least 48 persons are known to be buried in Mukilteo’s historic cemetery, including the founders of Mukilteo, Morris H. Frost and J.D. Fowler. The first known burial occurred in 1873 when Fowler’s brother, Captain N. B. Fowler, was laid to rest after he drowned in a storm. The last known burial was in 1919. At least one Native American and three Japanese workers are buried in the cemetery, which is on the Washington State Historic Register."

(April 4, 2017, 10:47 am)Arriving just before sunset, I take a seat on a bench and wait for the show to begin. Wow, what a beautiful place to enjoy this time of the day and I hope to come back here for more of such pulchritudinous displays.
