  Dive-Tronix far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with their service!
  
  • Not only did they replace my gnarled old battery cap, but they also swapped out the chassis. The buttons seem much more responsive now (but that might be in my head).
  • They tossed the alkaline battery I'd been using and replaced it with a fresh Energizer lithium one. They also included some information about why I really shouldn't be using Duracells. Noted!
  • They included a new soft case and battery tool, which was incredibly kind of them.

  Top-shelf service. Every aspect of my experience with Dive-Tronix was fantastic. I had my Shearwater Teric battery replaced under warranty. I initially talked with the owner who was very friendly and gave me all the return instructions. Service was performed lightning fast and got the computer back within days. All service should be like this.
