I recently bought a truck from Bickford FORD and it was such a simple positive experience. The truck was clean and detailed, the test ride was smooth. No issues. We had a great experience at Bickford. Laurie in scheduling was very helpful getting our Explorer in on short notice for recall repairs, and Art was communicative about the repairs as they were being completed. Because the recalls were fixed, we were able to store our vehicle before moving overseas due to military orders. Highly recommend.
Just bought a car from them. I’ve never bought a new car before and John Kim at Bickford set the bar high. Their customer service was top notch and negotiation was fair and transparent. I flew in from out of state and the car and paperwork were ready to go. No surprises, no bait and switch. I would definitely do business at Bickford again.
I am so impressed by the customer service at Bickford Ford. Randy in the service department was communicative, upbeat, and explained everything upfront. They were able to immediately diagnose the problem with my hybrid and got the work done quickly. When I paid the bill it was slightly less than the original quote. No hidden fees! Then when I picked up the car it was freezing rain and they took the time to thaw out the vehicle properly. It was all around a wonderfully refreshing experience. Thank you and keep up the great work!
