Casey Mills is a super honorable man, backed by his other personal trainer Stacy they make a great working pair. Casey had been training our family for 3 years now, if you can find a better source for that....got with them.
Prices are reasonable and his classes are a workout but he makes them fun.

Very pleased with the positive atmosphere, variety of workouts, and the patience all instructors shows both myself and my kids during fitness classes. I've been going there now for 4 month and am happy with the results and happy that each day I leave feeling motivated and pushed to my limit. Highly recommend!

Best environment to raise a family or take lessons as an adult. Quality people, high integrity. Have been with Sensei for years.

Great place to learn karate

I strongly recommend Karate Norhwest. My boys have been doing karate for 5 years and have achieved wonderful results. Sensei Casey is a world champion and most likely the best sensei in WA state.
