    Been doing CrossFit over 6 years and have dropped into many CF gyms around the US. This place is AWESOME! I Dropped into CFS for 3 days while in town with my husband for work. Wendy is incredibly kind, and her gym is warm and welcoming. Had wonderful coaching and felt like my home gym each class! We will be back !

    Amazing coaches and atmosphere! The support throughout whatever your fitness journey is, is welcomed with open arms. This place is amazing

    I've been at this gym for 3 years and absolutely love this community that encourages and pushes you beyond your limits! Great for all levels of fitness!

    Coaches are top notch! The people I've met at the gym are fantastic and very encouraging. I am terrible at this sport but the fellow crossfitters and the coaches make it fun to learn and accessible at any skill level! Safety & form first, while building strength and flexibility!!! And Yoga on Saturday's, super fun! Also my son attends 2 days a week, too!
