As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed with a smile and a personal greeting from each person available. They are willing to help you in every way possible. I found this to be true at both Martinsburg locations and the Charlestown location.
They make you feel as if you are their only customer. I wish more banks were this way but that is what separates MVB from BB&t and other local banks. Anyone can keep your money and finances but very few places treat you like it's actually your money!! Nothing worse than having to jump through hoops to get what's yours. MVB has really broken the mold!! I'd recommend them to anyone but my enemies. The enemies of send to BB&T
