(April 25, 2017, 3:57 pm)When I called I talked directly to Jim. He was very helpful in recommending tow truck drivers, and using the parts I had already bought. He even let me keep the old parts to return for the core price. Him and the other mechanics there are very thorough and knowledgeable. While my car was being worked on Jim would talk me through what they were doing and why. And he made the time I spent there go by faster by talking and joking with me. I'll be going back there anytime my vehicle has a problem.
