Brightwood Center

I can’t thank the Brightwood Center enough for all that they do for their patients. I have had several family members in the facility and they have had wonderful care. The people working there are more like a family than just a workplace. Anything we have needed or any questions we have had are always answered. They care for their patients. Thank all of you for all your caring and love.

As a new employee I have noticed quite a few things since starting. 1) Management is extremely attentive to the residents care needs while staying on top of their care daily. It is very impressive. 2) Staff works seamlessly to make sure all residents are well taken care of, and receive the best care possible. All staff personally know the residents, and it’s obvious how much they care for them. 3) The facility as a whole welcomes new employees with open arms. I already feel like a part of the team!

I have been with this facility for 29 years and will say our first and foremost priority is our residents..
The compassion that is out poured out daily from the nurses,aides,therapy,
mainteance,kitchen,
activities that intermingle with the residents to the management team rounding daily to get to know our residents and developing plans for them to the social workers following through to assure all needs are met. We have a team like no other that gives 100% to make sure that your loved one receives the best care and strives to help each resident meet their goals.
It's a great place to work and that's why I would recommend my family members if ever a need and will continue to work for this company...

I came to brightwood as an agency staff member and since then have signed on to be permanent staff here. The management was so helpful in setting up a schedule that worked with my busy everyday life outside of work. I enjoy coming to work to see my residents and the close friends I have made within the staff!

My grandmother, Wanda Britton, loved living at your facility. She was resistant about going into a nursing home but needed to do so. She lived at another facility at first and didn’t like it, but once she moved to Genesis Brightwood Center, she loved it! All of the people there take great care of the residents! She made some very special friends and loved all the activities. I live in NC but visited her each time I was home, mailed her packages, and talked to her often, and she was always quick to say that everyone there was so good to her! Thank you for your wonderful care! I would recommend you all to anyone seeking help of a loved one.
