  Salad bar was amazing. The ribs were cooked to perfection and the service was good. My only complaint is that the food took. while to get to the table. 9/10

  Our server was very pleasant and friendly. Our meal was the best we ever had tonight at Ruby Tuesdays.

  One of the good local restaurants. This review is based on many trips here because Ruby Tuesday is one of the few chain restaurants that we have in the Charles Town area.
  
  We have had more good than bad experiences here over the years but it is trending in the right direction. I believe that our latest visit was a good example.
  
  Due to a serious shortage of cook staff there was a delay in providing food in a timely manner after ordering. I think it probably took about 10 minutes too long but no more than that. However my wife and I both felt that all of the wait staff handled a difficult situation in the best possible manner.
  
  Our server, Brooke, had a difficult table to deal with but never lost her smile and calm conversation. Many times she would visit our table immediately after her trouble table and, had we not known of the difficult table, we would not have noticed anything out of the ordinary. But she was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating to us.
  
  We were able to also see the manager, Trina, deal with customers who had issues. Some of the customers were less than pleasant in their speech but she handled it perfectly. She understood the customer complaints and did all she could to correct the issue.
  
  Both my wife and I have food service management experience in our past positions and can empathize with the employees last night.
  
  Employees quit and employees get sick and leave you shorthanded. It happens and those left behind have to do the best they can. Everyone we saw last night working at Ruby Tuesday in Charles Town did their best and made a difficult situation a pleasant one.
  
  Finally, a word about the food, it was very good. Cooked properly and hot when served. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh.
  
  As I mentioned, this Charles Town Ruby Tuesday location is definitely trending in the right direction and is a good option for anyone who lives here or is driving through and needs somewhere to eat.
