I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called on a Monday and they were able to come the next day. All the stains I pointed out were removed and the carpet was dry in no time. I would highly recommend Laser Brite!

In regards to the 'other' review: Let me explain this again. Without a scheduled morning, there is no way for me to guess at what time I can schedule a job at a specific time. I can only give a 'time frame' and in an open available day- it would be a 2 to 3 hr window. We can't run on down time in between for very long, just as well as someone coming in from out of town doesn't want to sit and wait even for a considerate time frame. If no jobs are scheduled up to that day 'in need' then by all means I can schedule a definite time in the middle of the day. We do accommodate our customers as best we can with the time we have in a day. We have 17 years of recurring appointments to show for it. Anyone, at anytime, can ask for references, on the quality of work we do, AND customer relations. We provide service to a lot of people in this town. Ask around ;)
